Shop Rules

The Daily Pagerie is a small but homely store open to stationery lovers and creativity enthusiasts. However, it can only thrive in your love, respect and support for this space.

Here are our basic store rules to keep conflict, misunderstanding, and offence at bay:

payments and reservations

  1. You must place an order first before we set the items aside and deliver it to you.
  2. We give a grace period of 24 hours for orders paid through bank deposit. After 24 hours, the order will be cancelled and the items released.
  3. Orders must be paid in full before delivery. We don’t accept partial payments.
  4. Customers with three consecutive order cancellations will not be allowed to place an order for 24 hours.
  5. Customers shoulder the shipping costs unless we run free-shipping promos.

shipping and meetups

  1. We provide a tracking number and courier details for all paid and shipped physical packages. Please use this information when tracking your package’s journey.
  2. Delivery dates are only estimations. The destination, weather conditions, and courier circumstances may affect the delivery of your package, so please use the tracking and courier information we provide you.
  3. We give Cagayan de Oro-based customers the option to pay and pick up their packages at select meet-up locations. Make sure to reach out if you’d like to schedule a meet-up.
  4. We give customers a grace period of 45 minutes to an hour for cash-upon-delivery arrangements. After one hour, the order will be cancelled and the items will be re-stocked.
  5. Please show up at the agreed meet-up location and schedule. No-shows are a huge waste of time that I could be spending on the blog or the store. 🙂

product returns

  1. Make sure that the product issues have not already been disclaimed in the description on the product page.
  2. Please email your order number and a snapshot or recording of the problem for confirmation using the Contact page.
  3. Indicate in your email if you wish to have a replacement sent to you or a full refund.
  4. Ship the product back to us to our address: Block 2 Lot 5 Domingo St PHILAMLIFE Village Pueblo de Oro Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental 9000.
  5. Once we receive the product, we will either send you your replacement product or issue a full refund.
  6. If the product is the last in stock, customers can choose to replace it with another product of the same or lower value.

the website

  1. You agree to provide your name, shipping and/or billing addresses, email address, and contact number for us to process your order. Your personal information will always be kept private and never given/sold to third-party entities.
  2. You agree that your name and phone number will be written on shipping labels for the courier’s reference when delivering your order.
  3. Do not steal product photos or videos from the store.
  4. You need to be a registered customer to leave reviews for products.
