Every notebook, pen, or pencil we add to the Daily Pagerie store goes through a thorough inspection before being shipped out.
We do our best disclose all signs of age, wear and tear, missing pages, or defects in the product’s page, so you know exactly what you’re buying.
If you’d like to return a product to pagerie.co, we’ll happily receive it back for a replacement or refund so long as you meet the requirements for the return.
Returns are expensive and time-consuming for both you and the brand, so these guidelines help us save time and money while maintaining a positive experience for you.
You can initiate a return if the following requirements are met:
- A screenshot or recording of the undisclosed product issue/s with your order number.
- For incorrect shipments, a screenshot of your order receipt and a photo of the product you received with the tracking number.
- Indicate in your message if you’d like a replacement, a full refund, or full store credit in the form of a coupon.
Note: If your preferred product for replacement is no longer available, you can choose to receive another product of the exact value, or a product of lower value and the remaining amount in store credit (coupon) to use for future purchases.
We can’t refund the return shipping costs since our local shipping companies don’t have return policies in place, but we will add or include your shipping cost as store credit.
